I Am Your Chanteuse Poem by Suzanna C Chevalier

I Am Your Chanteuse

I will be your bad news,
for I will sing songs and be a chanteuse,
What, you can’t to be amused?
I will be like Christina and Cher,
I will drape my beautiful luscious long hair.
Stare into your eyes and sing of all the most adoring things.
About romance, chivalry and love, for I am now your white dove.
So precious and sweet, like your chocolate bunny treat.
All pretty for you to enjoy, unwrapping me like your best birthday toy.
