I And Me Poem by Crystal Waters

I And Me

I hate it, all of it
I want to say but, can't
I want to do something but, can't.
Is it a delusion or reality?
Do they pretend or really hate me?
Can't make myself to do the same.

I,
Blame myself for everything,
Can't say, can't react, can't be myself,
Can't even breath,
Air feels heavy and everything feels poisonous,
Filled with hopelessness I'm left with only one thought,
'I hate it, all of it'.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
It's poem I wrote hastily. I was overwhelmed with emotions and was drowing in it. I wanted to let all of that out and as I couldn't talk about my my feelings with anyone, my notebook became the shoulder I could rely on. I hope you see beyond these words but don't relate to it. Emotions related to it aren't very pleasant.🙂
