I Breathe In



I breathe in
and faraway beach bids me
to fly from the ground
on which I've stood my
entire humble life.I breathe
and this air surrounds my
consciousness, instills
security in uncertainty
not an imagining
or dream.I breathe
I let go of my pain
in petals that lift and
land on water, stirring
its surface from within.
