I Can'T Take My Eyes Off Of You - Poem by Warren Augustus de Guzman
Walking down the street
My eyes scan the road
And noticed how the light
Attached itself to a girl.
You, across the street
Just down the road
Your hair shining bright
Fixed up in a twirl.
There, across the street
At the bend in the road
I called out with all my might
You’re a vision of beauty, a pearl.
I can’t take my eyes off of you
I can’t take my eyes off of you.
