I Can't Tolerate... Poem by Dr. Erfan K

I Can't Tolerate...

They think that I am intolerable
'Provoked for the slightest'
How couldn't I be provoked?
If we don't have enough food at my dining table?
How couldn't I be provoked?
If I don't have cash to treat my mom's most disturbing Illness
How couldn't I be provoked?
If dont have money to buy my kid's favorite yummy
How couldn't I be provoked?
If I don't have money to buy dress for my wife
How couldn't I be provoked?
If I don't have money to travel, searching jobs
So, please be mild if you speak to me
Because I cannot tolerate the slightest injustice
When our plates fail to satiate
our appetite
