I sit here next to you everyday
Like we were little kids still at play
we talk, we chat, we smile at each other
but inside i'm empty, i feel no laughter

You and your 'so-called' friends
don't really get the picture
We've been friends since forever
Don't you even remember?
The parties, the movies, memories of milk out our noses
We laughed, we played, and went to each other's houses

You cast me aside like i was worth nothing
Is that what you think of me?
Do i not fit your liking?
Do what you want but know just one thing.
I'm always here for you when THEY do the same thing

They're not your real friends
they only wanna use you
i'm telling you the truth
i don't wanna fool you
I AM your friend, i've known you for life
But know that I care when they cast you aside...
