I Cared About You- Poem by Cavin The

I Cared About You-

That everlasting feeling
Can it ever happen again?
Long ago, where time and space does not matter
Your entity exists as my drug
Your body exists as my addiction
Your soul exists as my satisfaction

If God can walked away from my happiness
And all is left is Death to liberation
As long you are by my side
I needed you,
As time needed space
As space needed matter

I loved the way you laugh
Because it reminds me of another day with you
I loved the way you move
Because it reminds me of the laughter we had together
I loved the way you look
Because it reminds me of how wrong I was about you

I loved you enough to know that even if you hate me
As long there is a chance you find
Sanctuary, then let it be, let it be, all is bind
Chocolates and cigarettes, were just
Supplements to fill the empty vessel
You could have been something I am good at
I could have been something you are good at

Alas, I moved on, I moved on, I moved on
Dignity is what is left, to move on
This ashen corridor, the narrow hallway,
Yet seem so empty without you
