I cry the tears of a billion men.
I weep for all who are weary.
I have cried myself to sleep one time,
Losing hope of the world being merry.
I cry the tears of a billion men.
When shall I stop? I know not when.
I live my life for others’ sake;
All dreams are not for me!
Mine have been destroyed for other’s lives,
But this is not life’s cruelty.
I cry the tears of a billion men.
When shall I stop? I know not when.
Their future is held in my hands;
My future is completely theirs.
In every step, there shines a billion dreams—
A billion tears that everybody shares.
I cry the tears of a billion men.
When shall I stop? I know not when.
I hope to find the shining light,
And give it all to them.
I cannot keep it to myself,
For myself I shall condemn!
I cry the tears of a billion men.
When shall I stop? I know not when.
Take all that’s mine; I’ll share with you.
I’ll give all that I can.
Everyone be called, we must give to all—
To all those billion, crying men.
I cry the tears of a billion men.
When shall I stop? I know not when.
Unremittingly, I cry for you;
I feel all pain and strife.
For this unending turmoil, this interminable havoc,
May destroy all human life.
I cry the tears of a billion men.
When shall I stop? I know not when.
If I do nothing now in my position,
Mankind shall be no more;
All be blacklisted by the eyes of light,
And darkened until the core!
I cry the tears of a billion men.
When shall I stop? I know not when.
I cry for the people’s deterioration.
They’re all anxious, they’re all fraught
With unparalleled peril and exasperation.
Now all people are distraught.
I cry the tears of a billion men.
When shall I stop? I know not when.
And I shall grieve for this weeping world,
But the world shan’t witness me.
My fame is not of great importance.
My prayers I recite incessantly.
I cry the tears of a billion men.
When shall I stop? I know not when.
And the world shall grieve for all sufferings,
With all our tears drifting to the sea.
We shall find glory in the others’ eyes
For all eternity.
I cry the tears of a billion men.
Each one of my dreams are all for them.
