I don't understand what you show me
Still, somehow I found myself in you
You can't understand what I see
It's you and all the little things you do
Just know there's always someone missing you

We all need something that takes our pain away
For me that something was you
And God, I only wish I could stay
I lost my will and I wish that you knew

I don't know why
I'd die before I told you
The truth
That I hide
All feeling inside and I'm left alone

I made the choice
I had to push myself away
And it hurts again
There's nothing left to say
So now I shed your skin

Can you see the fear in my eye
Or hear the pain in my cry
Its all the same to me
As I watch this love die
