I Didn'T Know What Help To Give - Poem by Roger A. Rose
I didn't know what help to give,
was lost as to help you live
like we did in times gone past;
to get back to health that will last.
I brought you flowers, pretty flowers,
to try to brighten your hours.
You said you didn't deserve them
and I didn't understand now or then.
