I do depend upon your love,
Days without your linger
as if they are endless.

I do look for you everywhere
but you are nowhere to be found.
Like a flower I do wilt
without your loving waters.

I feel weak without your caressing arms.
Hours linger while I listen to hear the phone ringing.
Your voice brings joy to my aching heart
and I can find a melody in each word
when I hang on to your lips
as if I can touch them.

My name brings comfort to my soul
while your image echoes back to me.
I yearn for you and longing
I stretch out my hand as if you are right here.

I do miss you more than words can ever say,
and only to you my heart does belong.
