I Don’t Wanna Be So Lonely Poem by suvrishti jain

I Don’t Wanna Be So Lonely

Please forgive me, for whatever I‘ve said, I am so sorry.
Please come back to me, I don’t wanna be so lonely.

There are so many things, I haven’t yet said
But, I know, I hurt you instead.
I’m not at home, in my own home
Even in the crowd, I feel so alone.
For you, I said, I don’t even have time to spare
I pretended that, I don’t even care.
But such things happened, which I shouldn't have let
I feel so helpless now, as I know it's too late to regret.

Please forgive me, for whatever I‘ve said, I am so sorry.
Please come back to me, I don’t wanna be so lonely.

Distance might, keep us apart
With each passing day, I find you closer to my heart.
My love for you rise, with every breath I intake
Please come back to me, for old time’s sake.
When you held me tight, and gave me a kiss.
Those magical moments, and lots more I do miss.
I’ll do any damn thing, to make things between us right
I wanna see your smiling face again, before sleeping every night.

Please forgive me, for whatever I‘ve said, I am so sorry.
Please come back to me, I don’t wanna be so lonely.
