I Don'T Want To Miss My Mom Even For A Second!

All those days
at that hospital bed,
with just the white coat humans to look at
with just rainbow color tablets to play with
and just four walls to talk to,

All those days
I have burned in the deserts
I have shivered in the mountains
Oh, all those days
i missed you mom,
a lot!

On the fourth day,
While i was on a mid day nap,
I sensed it
oh, on that day
my mom was allowed near me

She entered the ward
with searching eyes to see her ward
She wore a warm smile
even though her cheeks were
Ringing the sound of loneliness
That comes from a hunted house

She was happy to see her son,
fit again
She discharged me,
and recharged my energy
We were talking aloud
as we had a lot to talk about!

We entered the car and drove
as the miles showed
noting but the empty space

We talked through the pink of the setting sun,
and
in through the darkness of the
fading sky.

oh, no matter how brittle and sharp
life seemed-
that hospital seemed-
It was how m, y life seemed
to have her with me,
How lucky are we to have the love of a mother?

please guys,
don't miss your mother
even for a whisker of a second!
