My love,

I took my pen
To write to you a poem
No brainstorming today
My heart has a lot to say:

I love you to the moon and back
I need you as flowers need water
My goodness! ! ! These are love clichés
Mentioned on a flowers bouquet!

My mind went on vacation today! !
I don't know what to say!
Except that I need you to be me
You're my soul, the air I breathe

Maybe I need to use figurative language,
Similes, metaphors and concrete words
But my words flow from my heart and soul!
Do I need poetic devices to convey to you
How much I love and miss your tender eyes!
