I Dwell In Your Tender Heart Poem by Tina Baaklini

I Dwell In Your Tender Heart

My love,

I dwell in your tender heart
Where the temple of God resides
My soul you honor the most
With a love divine at all cost

You carry me to mountains' highs
Even to the seventh skies
We run green meadows in July
If cold, you keep me warm in your eyes

We weave our dreams from the sun
And together we cross the bridge of time
To meet within each other's arms
Calm, cradled in the moon's palms

In the inconsistency of life
Constant is our love
In the brieveness of relationships
Endless is the love in our hearts
In the fakeness of faces
Transparent and true are our souls
O my sweet tender soulmate
My precious gift from fate
