I fell in love,
I fell so far,
I can’t get back up.
I fell in love,
I thought you were the one,
but you flew away like a dove.
I fell in love,
your leaving hurt me inside,
but your love is what I can’t seem to let go of.
I’m falling out of love,
I’m starting to be thankful you went,
before push came to shove.
I’m falling out of love,
my heart isn’t hurt anymore,
your lies, I am taking sight of.
I fell out of love,
and I learned a lot from you,
Sure enough.
I fell out of love,
I’m moving on,
I’m going to be tough.
