Your Little Girl (To My Daddy) Poem by Tammie Thrasher

Your Little Girl (To My Daddy)

I know we live so far apart
but you're still my daddy
I still look up to you
And I'm still your little baby

Im growing up
getting older
learning new things everyday
but I will always be your little girl

I miss back when
back when you took me to Frank's Skating Rink
I miss back when we'd eat McDonald's in Fred's parking lot
I miss being that little girl all dressed up in pink

The time I do spend with you
I cherish every moment more than a little bit
It may not be as much as we want, but it's okay
I will always love you daddy, From your little kid.

I got so much more to say
so many more memorable times to mention
but I think you know where it's all going to end
I'm stll your little girl that always wants attention
