I Fly Poem by Andrea Kelly

I Fly

Forever waiting,
Never will he see.
The pain that I feel,
Deep inside of me.
-------
I love you so much,
But it cannot happen.
When I see you with her,
My foot never stops tapping.
-------
Waiting for your call,
In the middle of the night.
I'm ready, I'll do it,
Jump with all my might.
-------
Falling into the unknown,
I wonder what I'll miss.
I remember what we had,
You were my bliss.
-------
What have I done?
Can I take all this back?
I don't want to go,
But this is a fact.
-------
Now I will say goodbye,
On this lonely day.
Will you really miss me?
Think while I decay.
-------
You and me forever
Is what you said.
You never meant it, did you?
And now I'm dead.
-------
Can you still remember?
All of the nights?
We were always together.
There weren't many fights.
-------
This is coming to an end,
So now it's goodbye.
My heart will never mend.
And now,
I fly.

How do you put Love in words? Well, you are giving us a lesson! I found your piece nicely done, and the title...so magnific!
