I Hate That I Love You. Poem by Ibad Dawood MNSR

I Hate That I Love You.

I hate that I loved you:
I wanted that little bit from you, by giving you this little gift from me, But you rejected it, Not thinking it would worth possessing it,

It was not what you owned, It was what we had from each other, By rejecting it my heart was broken, And now I wish I could give you my pain for one moment,

Not to hurt you, But to show you how much you hurt me, Even though you never showed me you would be there for me, I was still there for you,

I am amazed how you dropped me out of your life, Even when I shared everything with you, You always kept me confused, You never said the truth,

I gave my best to you,
But you didn't realize, How worthless you made me feel, In the end with truth.
