I Have Spent My Life



I HAVE SPENT MY LIFE

I have spent my life
Walking
And Thinking
And Writing Poems.

A happy life
A blessed life
I thank God for it

As I now too
write these late afternoon lines
At Sunset
In a Jerusalem garden
Where the light breeze
And green intermingle.
