I Hear Your Sighs Poem by Louise Tredoux

I Hear Your Sighs

Spending time together, you and I,
sharing secrets, sharing minds,
understanding each other without
words, communicating with the eyes,
catching messages from the skies,
today belongs to us, you smile, you
laugh, you are the king of my heart,
you are in charge, you steer this
our lives with insight and goodness,
you understand me before I speak,
I hear your sighs before your voice
reaches my ears…
