You ask me what I'm feeling and I tell you I don't know
You ask me about my day and I tell you they're all the same
What is it that you really want to know
Is it that I saw you today and you didn't see me there,
Or is it you want me to tell you that I still care?
Why do you stare at me in such a way
Are you trying to tell me you have feelings for me too?
I've liked you for so long I don't know what to say
So I'll ask you what your feeling
And I'll hope you say you don't know
So I'll ask you about your day
And i hope you'll say today was a different day.
