I Leave For Home; I Leave The Blockade Poem by David Corman

I Leave For Home; I Leave The Blockade

I've Come and Gone
I've Seen You
Your Eyes
Back and Forth

THE FAR REACH
To you I look
And unto you,
I place my faith
My trust
Hand me the sun
This sun
Burn and I shall reach you
I will reach you
I Promise

A CALL TO MY ARMS
See me with our moon
A new session
This coming of age
Bring back with you
A message in a bottle
To open
And to read.
I see storms and dark
I see dark
Take my hand
I'm Not Afraid Of The Darkness

ENDURE THIS, YOUR VOYAGE
Leave this
My run through
Time this correctly
Our breathe
Take my spear
This sun is your mother
Swim
Swim
Your boat
Fire and floor collide
This blood is thicker than water
Do Not Drown My People

TO MY LOVE AND MYSELF
My fingers
Do see
Too Jupiter and back
Scenic
Our desperation
Gorgeous
Your voice
Our eyes
Bring him to her knees
See this wave
Let it breathe
Let me give you my star
Let Me Leave This Ocean
