I Left Poem by Kathryn Thompson

I Left

Rating: 2.5

I left without leavin' a number
Said I needed to clear my mind
It was almost a year before I called him up
Three rings and an answering machine is what I got
I Still Love You
I know what i need to do
But I still love you
Yes I still love you.

Jessica, I hope you have learned something from this. It is wrong to take someone else's words and say it was something you wrote yourself. I hope you will not do it again.

To the Staff of PoemHunter.com: : : I am writing to inform you that Jessica Bucanian, a poet on the site is putting lyrics to country songs on the site as poems and claiming that she wrote them herself. I wanted to let you know about this because she has been stealing someone else's words. I hope you can correct this problem as this is a classic case of plagurism. I left a comment on two of her so-called poems that I recognized to be popular country songs. I don't know if any of her other poems are also stolen lyrics from songs. I would appreciate a message back to let me know if this problem is going to be corrected. Thank you!

Jessica, this is not a poem you wrote. It is a country song.
