I lost a queen
my respect was at stake,
it was so dumb of me who thought,
this was a mistake
I lost a queen
it was a feeling of hangover,
but wait a second...
The game wasn't over.
I lost a queen
everything wasn't the same
but then I smiled while gasping,
I didn't lose the game.
I lost a queen
overthinking became my wonder,
but then the game review said,
it wasn't a blunder.
I lost a queen
recognized i m so naive,
yeah it was a brilliant move,
cuz my king is safe.
I lost a queen
thought it sealed my fate,
but the sacrifice I made,
it brought me checkmate.
I lost a queen
at what cost I said,
I won at life,
which was lost and dead.
One last advice,
to everyone who is breaking apart;
maybe you did lose the queen,
but there are plenty of pawns available from the start.
