I Love Him More Than Any Love Song I've Heard - Poem by Florence Laldinpuii Chhangte
I love him more than any love song I've heard,
I love him more than the tree loves the bird.
I love him like I love sunrise,
And when he's mad, I love the night too.
I love him when I am angry,
I love him when I am happy.
I love him when I am pained,
I love our walks in the rain.
I love him so much it sometimes hurts,
I love not only in words.
I love him when he's gone,
I love him when I'm left alone.
I love him because he loves me
And I love him, because I do.
