I Love That There Outside Poem by Jona PoloRamirez

I Love That There Outside

The raindrops landed at random
And the leaves danced with the motion of the rain
The ground soaked the grasses in their half-buried roots
Then the rain abated but water overflowed

The winds drifted by the leaves that began to sway with grace
And danced the motion of the cool breeze that whispered hello
While kissing the warmth of the woman's cheeks, then the sun shone
'Oh! I love that there outside! ' she said

From her window she peeks out into the dancing trees
The glow in her smile started dancing in peace
Then it flew into the leaves to be danced out into space
Where it lingered for a while
And will be carried away by the wind of the northeast
