I Love The Rain Poem by Hugh Kilbride

I Love The Rain

You must separate the rain from the dirt
The pain from the hurt
It doesn't hurt to be dirt
'Now you don't see it no'mo'
You must forget
Without regret
Let's not cry
Let it dry
Let it go
Let the dirt
Ready-set-blow
'Now you don't see it no'mo'
When the rain fell
There wasn't a dry eye in the house
So watch what comes out my mouth
'Rain no'mo'
You see what I'm sayin'?
'Now you don't see it no'mo'
