My tender soulmate,

As this year is about to end
Thank you for being my best friend
Who tenderly held my hand
Through stormy sea and tempest

As we're heading to this year's countdown
Thank you for always being around
For helping me stand when I stumble upon
For the tenderness that your heart abounds

As this year will soon terminate
For eternity you're my soulmate
It's my greatest blessing from fate
Without you exile is my soul's state

As we write this year's final page
With faith, love, will and courage
To your tender heart I'd like to pay homage
With 'I LOVE YOU DEARLY' in title and message
