I'M A Fool Poem by Ryan Waldron

I'M A Fool

Rating: 5.0

What will it take to make you see
That distance can't stop what’s meant to be
Don't you worry for I won't leave
If you promise that you'll believe

I'll hold you close when I can
We can walk through mountains hand in hand
Or on the beach when you visit
For our bond will know no limit

We ride the same wave so you've said
So search you heart for that little shred
The one that gives you hope to say
'I won't let distance get in the way'

When you read this I hope you smile
We will only be apart for a short while
One last request I have to ask, Jamie
Please don't think this cockamamie

For a fool knows neither bounds nor limit
I'm a fool for you and I'll admit it
