I’m afraid to love you
Afraid of being hurt
Even though I know you won’t

You’re my fear
You’re my special treasure
That I never want leave behind

I’m afraid to be loved
To be hurt in the end
Your touch send tingles down my spine
Your so gentle

As if I will break
I know I will
And that’s what I’m afraid of

Is to be broken
And left behind

I’m afraid to love
Something that will never be mine…

I’m afraid to love you
Because I might lose you
And have to leave you

But for the time being
I will treasure you
For you I’m afraid of.
