I'm Just Looking Around Poem by Pierre Rausch

I'm Just Looking Around

We'll go on the road trip
What right did she have
New Wave wonders Rock and Roll
Left offices about eight that night
I do a lot of hoping
It's like a mistake

Any chance for a coffee
I'm just looking around
She waved her hands
I'm drowning a river of hounds

Swung and flipped into the air
Wanted nothing more
I mean it from the bottom of my heart
And a nice piece of cake

Any chance for a coffee
I'm just looking around
She waved her hands
I'm drowning a river of hounds

Why did she let us know
A light green remark
A popular steamy topic
I do different things the next day

Any chance for a coffee
I'm just looking around
She waved her hands
I'm drowning a river of hounds
