You're breaking me down,
like an old school beat.
I wish I could die,
in this angered heat.
Because you're all I can ever think about,
when the sun is beaming.
You're everything I want to forget,
even when I'm dreaming.
These feelings are not mutual,
for I know your desire was a lie.
It's time to pull myself together,
and just say goodbye.
Because there's nothing you could do,
to take back those feelings.
To pick up the pieces
and patch up these ceilings.
I've finally figured you out.
That all along your word was a lie.
Your smile, your kiss,
is now worth, but a goodbye.
