For anyone who takes the time,
Or finds comfort in the written word:
Point to where you think the heart is.
Go ahead...I'll wait.
...
I believe it lies right here,
in the space between two people.
It's not in the body at all -
because it doesn't belong to us.
We think of the people who think of us,
and a heart is created so.
You can see it and hold it,
bolster and break it.
But the one thing you can't do
is ignore it.
It doesn't belong to just you or them.
It belongs to the world.
What do you have to teach it?
