I'm Still Living Poem by Devon Sherman

I'm Still Living

I hate myself for no reason,
I hate myself for some reasons.
I hate myself for what I look like,
I hate myself for what I am.
I hate myself for being the best that I can be,
I hate myself for seeing true beauty.
I hate myself for being fat,
I hate myself for being tall,
But you know what?
I'm still living my life.

Well, at least you're tall. Try being short and fat, now that's a bummer: ( I hate myself, too, sometimes.... well, most of the time.

Keep your chin up! I highly encourage you to read a few more of my poems, maybe some of them will make you feel a little bit better? Some of them are inspirational, and hey, you're not alone. That's the reason why I write. I write to make sure people know that they're not alone in what they have to deal with. [3 Keep your chin up. Things do get better.
