I miss her madly
With these words so sadly
falling on
to a pristine page

I read her verse
and for all the verve
and aggresion
regret the words I bade

I should have been patient,
should have known better
but no matter how I tried
her aggression got to me
like no other

I should have been patient
kept hold of the words I said
bade farewell to temper
instead of this amazing woman
forever in my head
