I Miss You Poem by Sanya West

I Miss You

Rating: 4.5

I’m gonna smile like nothing is wrong
Talk like everything is perfect
Act like it’s all a dream and pretend like
it’s not hurting me not having you here.

Even though it’s killing me inside and out ever since that day
you walk out the door; leaving me here all alone.
Someone asked me if I missed you but I didn’t answer
I just closed my eyes walked away and whisper to myself
“You have no idea how much.”

I can’t take it anymore I try pretend like
I don’t care anymore but it’s you that
I want her with me tonight and every second after.
I love you more than I love life itself and every time
I see you face I know there’s a God that love me that one day
He took the time to made you to love me.
