I'N Darkness I Shall Rid Of This! - Poem by Wendy Gomez

I can see the dead
bones rotting dead trotting
I'ts qute a scene
I see twice the ghosts on halloween

I never intended to see but that wasn't my decision
there for this curse led me too see this frightful vision
I rather be blind
So take me away to better day you can find

I see deaths arrival
Lifes rival
It comes and goes
This chill goes up to my heart all the way to my toes

A mere child i was when i was given this curse or gift?
A gift so unexpected it gave my soul a lift
This curse so wrong so unexplainable I've had
Since I was young I've kept this hidden so sad

A mercy so grand and powerful give me this wish to be free
Of the thing I can see
I don't want this supernatural gift take it back
magic is the only thing I lack

You know what? I'll end this suffering on my own withought you're help
I'll bleed the sight away and maybe in screams and a yelp
To fall in darkness and to sleep forever
Goodbye eyes see you never
