I need not ask your heart about its love
Ah, your integrity I'll never doubt,
I need not ask you for a star from above
The sun, the moon, in my heart you laid out.
I need not ask the wind of your secrets
For it may whisper them to the trees too,
We live as one, our bond is sacred
We're but one heart and soul split into two.
I need not ask mirrors of my beauty
For in your heart I'm the most beautiful
Only your soul mirrors mine perfectly
Your love and patience heal, love is the cure.
Oh, you need not ask my heart about you
For it was born the first day I met you.
