I never thought the day would come,
When all I'd want is to run,
When all I'd do is sit and cry,
Hold my head and wander why.

Why you were taken,
It was so much hated,
We all sat breaths bated.

Nothing seems the same now,
Not now you've gone away,
Even as night rolls into day,
We all wanted for you to stay.

Sometimes I forget the pain,
Then I remember the hurt again,
Nothing will ever be the same,
Now your living in the skies again.
