I Observed And I Saw Poem by Luqmon Olamide Abdulkareem

I Observed And I Saw

When I was growing, I observed and I saw;

What it takes to be a man. I was lost.

At the edge of my hopes. I want love.

Thought I would be glad to be found,

but at all.

Men are the problem that they have.

The angel that guides them to destruction

Lives in their sperm.

But guess what, let's talk in reverse.

Women are secretive to themselves

More enough, talk and talk, keep it safe

Very sure.

Women always have something to say,

When in love, they're lost. Out of mind.

As I am growing, I observe and I see.
