I remember when...
I first laid eyes upon you,
How at that moment time stood still,
So I could soak in, all that was so new!

Oh, the bargains I made with God,
If he would just give you to me.
How my spine tingled at the thought
Of sharing my life with you till eternity.

How my children would greatly benefit,
Being raised by such loving mother was clear,
It was at that moment, I knew it would be eminent
You would be the one my family would cherish so dear.

I remember when...
I first fell in love with you.
How now, my life made sense,
And I knew that it would be spent,
Repeating three small words. I love you.
