I saw today
The sea lick the sand
So gently, it left nothing but a sparkle of sincerity
Reflected by the sun's smile.
Next to it
Two boys fought endless wars
Waged against raging Armadas
Of days gone by;
Armoured only with zest and life's quest
Founded on two dank planks of wood.
Never could such magic be made
From a fistful of dollars
Or the Queen's green pay.
