I Shall Last A Lifetime With You Poem by Ynah Quirante

I Shall Last A Lifetime With You

Let me covet you,
From the absence of hue
Bring the alas,
And it shall not last

Forever I'll be true
That our hearts are in glue
Forget-me-not, my darling princess
For I shall not surrender my own little weakness

Enlighten my harmony,
When you sing my favorite melody
The serenity in your voice
Makes my eyes feel moist

Let your faith console mine
Like cherry blossom tress' twine
Oh darling, my heroine, be mine until not when
And give thy sweet 'no', when they ask you, those wicked men.
