I shouldn't have gone there in the first place
knowing that I will not have been accepted
by anyone in that city
coming from the village with a culture
of poverty and uneducated people
tells someone that problems will
soon emerge to form any relationship
with one who lives in luxury since birth
I followed my heart believing that it was love
which really was an obsession of my mind
trying to find comfort and happiness
which made me blind to the truth
Not always seeing is believing
but deep within there is a calling
which cries out to reach and understand
what is more important rather than
to chase wildly a choice without
thinking of the consequences
that I must follow
the chain of reaction from a single thought
could lead to a serious blow that will
never erase for a lifetime to reach
Oh, How foolish of me to walk in a dream
and to be disenchanted by my own mistake?
maybe I've forgotten my true identity
that I am the son of a sage who practice
wisdom and burns in the pathways of ignorance
to build my faith and prove to others
the value of discipline which
I was taught to become inspired
by truth and be the leader
who no one else has a vision
to see beyond the limit of my space
