Watching the sunset
holding your hand

I walk with you
along the shore
hearing the waves
I’ve been here before

I walk with you
along the coast
you whisper my name
you are a ghost

I walk with you
along the tide
my feet are cold
I feel warm inside

I walk with you
along the beach
close to my soul
yet out of reach
