I Want Eat Much Poem by Carolyn Sears

I Want Eat Much

Please, do not withdraw your love
From me

For I am feeble

I’m weak

I’ll take my portion of rice crispers

Listen to them crackle and pop,

I want complain

I’ll eaten for breakfast and
Dinner.

Please, do not withdraw your love
From me

I want to eat much

I Promise

Maybe a half slice of toast

1 piece of bacon

I’ll stand side the creek with

My rubber boots on

With fingers half clutched to

Catch you a batch of fish

“Since fish is your favor”

Mine ya! Bear hands I will hook

Catch you fresh trout with my
Bear hands..

I want eat much

I’ll just stand around and go snap
Cracker pop..

Waiting on my potion of rice
Crispy

Please, I’m standing here waiting

With my water wings held tightly
In my hands..
