I will reach up into the sky and give you the moon and all the stars
if it would make you smile
I will capture the sun for you so you'd have a light no matter where you are
if you would laugh for awhile
I will bottle the ocean and make it quench your thirst
if you asked me to
I will shelter you from any storm and keep you from being hurt
if it’s in my power to do so
I will chase away the demons who sneak up in your dreams
the ones who make you worry by bringing you thoughts that make you wanna scream
I will hold you in my arms for as long as I live
and I will give you my heart along with all the love I have to give
For I want you with me always, without you I could not be
you are my life, my love, my soul, you are the other half of me
