I will listen more carefully to
what my heart says.
I will be more appreciative
and grateful.
I will think of all the blessings
I have received.
I will have hope in myself.
I will trust my girlfriends.
I will be a trustworthy friend.
I will be braver.
I will look for good qualities in everyone
and enjoy them for who they are.
I will know that my beauty is
in my love of life.
I will think more positive thoughts
than negative.
I will enjoy and worry less.
I will make myself a blessing to someone.
I know how much my parents love me
and I would believe that they are doing
the best they can.
I know God has a good plan for me.
I will believe in myself
in all I could be.
