I Will Contemplate All Your Beauty Poem by Mark. A Heathcote

I Will Contemplate All Your Beauty

Lay amongst the flowers.
And I will undoubtedly gaze upon you for limitless hours.
I will contemplate all your beauty
From roots to rosebuds
From waist-high hips to tendril fingertips and further still.
To impervious, unbreakable smiles.
And beguiling eyes.
That calls me to endless worship
Will I look and drowse?
And while nearing death or sweet arousal, I will fain not be
Noticing you at all.
